1. Violence and Harm

Projects that promote, encourage, or glorify violence, threats, or physical harm to individuals or groups are strictly prohibited. This includes celebrating violent events or organizations involved in violent acts.

2. Child Safety

Any material that depicts, promotes, or exploits the abuse or endangerment of children is strictly forbidden. Reports of child harm are escalated to relevant authorities as required by law.

3. Abuse or Harassment

Content that harasses, bullies, or targets any individual or community is not permitted. This includes both text and generated outputs designed to insult or demean someone.

4. Hate and Discrimination

Do not publish or generate content that attacks, excludes, or stereotypes based on attributes including but not limited to race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or health condition.

5. Self-Harm or Suicide

Material that promotes, idealizes, or instructs self-harm, suicide, or related dangerous behavior is not allowed anywhere on the platform.

7. Misinformation and Deepfakes

Projects that intentionally generate or spread false information, impersonate individuals, or use deepfake technology to deceive are not allowed. This includes fake news, government impersonations, or misleading product claims.

9. Privacy Violations

Never post, share, or request someone's personal information without explicit consent. This includes addresses, contact numbers, documents, or private communications.

10. Non-Consensual or Invasive Media

You may not upload or generate content depicting real people in private or explicit contexts without consent, including images, videos, or likeness-based AI creations.

6. Adult and Explicit Content

Pornography, sex work promotion, or sexually explicit pay-per-view material is prohibited.

Permitted with conditions:

• Educational or artistic content about adult wellness or intimacy.
• AI companions or stories that avoid nudity, solicitation, or harassment.

8. Illegal or Regulated Goods and Services

You may not create or publish material that promotes or facilitates:

• Illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or unlicensed weapons.
• Unregulated financial services, gambling, or pyramid/ponzi schemes.
• Scams, phishing, or fraudulent "get-rich" promises.

11. Security and Technical Abuse

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spreading or publishing malicious code, malware, or phishing content.
• Sharing stolen credentials or data leaks.
• Attempting to exploit or disrupt system security.
• Impersonating CodePup AI staff or other users.

12. Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Do not use or reproduce content owned by others without permission. This includes:

• Copying or rebranding other companies' products or trademarks.
• Generating near-clone versions of commercial sites or applications.

Projects found impersonating or misusing brand assets will be taken down immediately.
